Panoprter is a free text-to-speech software, it can read text files using the voices installed on your computer, there is always at least one English US voice installed on the English Windows XP or Vista, it converts the text files into mp3 audio file too. Panopreter has English and Chinese version, the Spanish version of Panopreter is coming soon!
