Text-to-Speech voice engines

Today there are many text-to-speech (TTS) engines across multiple languages that can be used with Panopreter.

The multilingual TTS solutions are SAPI compliant and available in 23 languages. Multiple languages and up to 50 voices: Arabic, Czech, Danish, Dutch (NL & B), English (UK & US), Faroe, French, Finnish, German, Greek, Icelandic, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese (Port & Brazil), Russian, Spanish (Spain & South America), Swedish and Turkish are already part of the multilingual Acapela speech family in High quality or High Density versions.  

DECtalk® supports 6 available languages including US and UK English, Latin American, Castilian Spanish and German.

 

Loquendo TTS is SAPI4 and SAPI 5-compliant. It can concurrently speak in different languages and voices, and switch between them on the fly. Currently available languages are Catalan; Mandarin Chinese; Dutch; U.K. and U.S. English; French; German; Greek; Italian; Portuguese; Brazilian Portuguese; Argentinean, Chilean, Castilian, and Mexican Spanish; and Swedish.
 

NeoSpeech's TTS engine is currently available with a total of ten different voices, which speak US English, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, and Japanese.
