Note: The rare error during the installation

The rare error you see is either caused by insufficient Windows User Account permissions or by anti-virus software. In other words, it is not caused by the installer but by something on your PC.

The IEToolbar.dll is the file for the text-to-speech and text-to-audio-file toolbar for the web browser Internet Explorer, If it can not be registered on the Windows, this toolbar will not work on Internet Explorer.

solution 1: Run the setup file as administrator
Right click on the setup file, and click Run as administrator in the popup context menu to install the software with administrator privilege to avoid this error.

solution 2: Ignore this dll file
Microsoft has replaced Internet Explorer with Egde browser on Windows 10 and 11. If you don't use Internet Explorer web browser, or your operating system does not include it, you can ignore this installation step by clicking the Ignore button to proceed.

solution 3: Disable Antivirus temporarily until you finish the installation.
